
As you can see, it a home meal... I cooked this vegetable and chicken rice for my family yesterday diner. I really love to cook for all of my kids and my husband. I know that each ingredients I cook with , are healthy and make the test better. I used to cook with olive oil and I don't like fat meals. Until my kids were very small , I have always tough them to test everything new and appreciate all the different flavor. Further more , I like the way to have a great presentation of the meal and as you can see, I was happy to organize the dishes to give the desire of eating . My kids was eating this meal like a glutton and it was hard to have time to pass the second time through. They asked for a desert and because I 'm very careful with the good balance , I mean the diet of each diner, I asked them to have a yogurt or a simple fruit. My older son was still hungry after this dinner and I gave him advice to eat some whole wheat bred to make himself full for good... We are not often going to the restaurant because I'm usually little bit disappointed about the way they put too fat on their meals. However, yesterday I would had dream to go out for dinner because I hate the hassle of washing dishes and restaurant are good for that
