
everything in my life can make me stress. i feel stress everyday. For instance; whenever i walk up late on the morning.i feel stress and worry.i will get off the bed hurry and run out the house. some time i even forgot to bring the bus farecard, then i have to run back and get it. It really make me stress. Stress is really a big problemto everybody. the best way is to face it ,not to avoid it. when you try to avoid it. it will just lead you into more stress. But it's hard for me to face it. i dont have the guest to face it,so i try to avoid it. but the fact tell me that,when you avoid it .it will just make you more troble.

It sounds like alot of daily hassles lead to your overall stress. Maybe you need a vacation!
